Our expert and caring staff respect your privacy. Based on your needs, we can refer you to human and community services such as:

  • crisis and basic needs support
  • government
  • health care
  • housing
  • income support and employment programs
  • arts, culture, and recreation programs

2-1-1 for Local Community Information

Call or text 2-1-1 from anywhere in Ontario for free information and referral. Always open with services in English and French. You can also ask for service in other languages when you call. 

3-1-1 for Regional Services Information

Call 3-1-1 to reach Access Halton. Services are available in more than 170 languages.

9-8-8 for Suicide Crisis Helpline

Call or text 9-8-8 from anywhere in Canada to reach a mental health support worker 24/7.
