Resource Information
Developed specifically for public libraries, CBC Corner is a digital portal that brings together a wide variety of CBC and Radio-Canada digital content and resources into a single experience. CBC Corner provides a unique, free digital collection that includes local and surrounding area news, audio (radio and podcasts), video, children’s content (CBC Kids), a language learning app (Mauril), and much more.
The content of the portal is personalized to the library’s location. For example, Burlington Public Library’s news comes from nearby CBC stations in Toronto, Hamilton and Kitchener. And the CBC Radio One shows featured on the portal are coming from the CBC Radio One stations in Toronto and Kitchener. Available in English and French.
